God is the source of hope and can fill you with joy and peace as you trust Him.

When joy feels disloyal to your grief. That sounds small until it is your Tuesday morning. You do not have to deny what is happening. Christianity is not pretending. The question is whether the circumstance gets to become lord over the meaning of your life. Biblical hope is not pretending everything will turn out the way you pictured. It is confidence that Jesus Christ is still Lord and resurrection is real. You are allowed to slow down long enough to choose obedience instead of repetition.

What part of this situation belongs to you, and what part are you trying to carry for God?

Lord Jesus Christ, I bring You the part I can explain and the part I cannot. Keep me from reacting out of fear, shame, pride, or loneliness. Teach me to move with You. Amen.
